* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% through out academics.
* Must have knowledge on core Dimension Has to take care of Technical related issue and new requirement across locations through phones and Emails.
* Should act as point of contact between operations and core domain team.
* Should be responsible for Escalations, Incidents, Change and Problem Management.
* Must have basis system knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
* Must have good communication skill in both speaking and writing.
* Should have ability to understand the situation and act accordingly.
* Should meet daily Call Targets to be met.
* Should also meet timely penetration of disputes.
* Must also be able to provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly projections against collector goals.
* Should have knowledge on SLA adherence on mailbox, voicemail, follow ups closure.
* Must be able to communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
* Should have fluency in English.
* Should not have any active backlogs.
