* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/ME from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% through out academics.
* Candidate should be able to provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries
* Candidate should be able to support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical
* Candidate should be able to troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
* Candidate should meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
* Candidate should be able to clarify customer requirements
* Candidate must ba a probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
* Candidate should be able to greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
* Candidate should be able to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
* Candidates should be ready to execute 2 year service agreement
* Candidate must be willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
* Candidate should have no gaps in education
* Candidate must have good English written / verbal communication skills. coupled with good English language comprehension.
