* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% and above through out academics.

* Should not have any educational gap.
* Should have ability to speak to customer in APAC region ( Predominantly in Aus, NZ, Philipines) in neutral accent.
* Must need to liaise with multiple parties to seek resolution of long pending issues.
* Should have the skill to manage customer relationship while ensuring business objectives are met would be highly sought.
* Must have ability to understand nuances of cash application process would be an advantage.
* Must be a skill on prioritization and planning of schedules of calls is required.
* Should have good Communication Skills.
* Must have prior Voice / customer Care Experience.
* Must be a good Exposure in MS Office.
* Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
* Must work in any of the business units / service lines within the company.
* Should undergo an extensive training program in a technology / platform.
