- Must work effectively in a team environment.

- Must be typically assigned to a higher volume sales queue or specific segment
- Must have entry -level representative, learning segment and product/service offerings
- Must have regular coaching/mentoring required
- Must be a frequent contact with leader
- Must increase product knowledge
- Should increase usage of different mediums (chat, social media, co-sharing of desktop, etc.)
- Must create a compelling and rewarding work environment.

- Must perform work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.
- Must applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
