Job Requirements:

* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics

* Should sell dell products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to the customer responding primarily through an inbound phone queue.

* Must be able to sell dell products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software and service contracts.

* Must perform inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer.

* Should respond to customer inquiries.

* May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.

* Should work effectively in a team environment.

* Should have good domestic Calling experience.

* Should respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via e-mail/chat, online, social media and phone.

* Should have facilitates customer order fulfillment.

* Should advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions. Provides direct product/service advice and guidance to customers.

* Should identify, research and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.

* Must have knowledgeable of Dells product line, current industry products and technologies.

* Must focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.

* Should identify customer needs / requirements and recommend solutions

* Should be responsible for pre-sales and/or post-sales service to customers.

* Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.

* Should have an excellent communication skills.

* Both side transport facility available.
