* Candidate Should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Must be responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration,performance, and usage of assigned products.
* Must diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
* Should verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
* Must applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
* Should document problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
* Must provide basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
* Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Will be provided both side transport facility available.
* Must have knowledge on sells Dells products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer/partner segments in alignment with outside sales and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Should be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface in order to drive numbers with existing and new customers.
* Should have ability to handle stressful situations.
* Must have ability to deal professionally with irate customers.
* Must have telephone etiquette skills.
* Must have complex problem solving skills.
