* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.
* Candidate will be responsible for placing calls to the insurance companies to verify patient’s health insurance eligibility/benefits and verification/notification of authorisation.
* Candidate should document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
* Candidate must take the action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
* Candidate should be able to adhering and achieving to ramp up targets.Regular Attendance.
* Candidate must work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.
* Candidate must apply the training knowledge to the day to day work.
* Candidate should be open to work in night shifts in a 24 x 7 environment.
* Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English.
