* Candidate Should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should be able to sell dell products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to the customer responding primarily through an inbound phone queue.
* Must also be able to sells dell products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software and service contracts.
* Inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer.
* Should respond to customer inquiries.
* Should direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
* Should work effectively in a team environment.

* Learning a broad range of Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
* Must be able to explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Dell as a competitive solution.
* Should be able to cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross- functionally, to support the sales process.
* Must be able to understand the administrative and operational requirements of the job.
* Should be able to demonstrate good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
* Should follow up with occasional outbound calls.
* Should normally receive no instruction on routine work and receives general instructions for new sales activities.
* Must be able to provide basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
* Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
* Should have good communication skills.
