* Should apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
* Must ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
* Should be responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
* Should require strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.
* Must be willing to work in rotation shifts.
* Should posses excellent telephone soft skills & thorough telephone functional skills.
* Must have ability to handle stressful situations.
* Should also have ability to deal professionally with irate customers.
* Must have good Knowledge of PC Hardware/Software for desktop & portable systems.
