* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should be responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products
* Must have diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting skills.
* Should verify warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
* Should be able to advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution.
* Should provide direct service advice and guidance to customers.
* Should identify, research and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
* Must remain knowledgeable of Dells product line, current industry products and technologies.
* Should focuse on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
* Should identify customer needs / requirements and recommend solutions.
* Must apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
* Must be able to documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
* Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Must not have any active backlogs.
* Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.
* Both side transport facility will be provided.
* Should have good technical knowledge (Trouble shooting computers,peripheral devices).
