* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics
* Should respond to customer issues via e-mail/chat, online, social media and phone.
* Should facilitate customer order fulfillment.
* Should be able to advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution.
* Should provide direct service advice and guidance to customers.
* Should identify, research and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
* Must remain knowledgeable of Dells product line, current industry products and technologies.
* Should focuse on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
* Should identify customer needs / requirements and recommend solutions.
* Should review and distributes pertinent cross-functional information.
* Must be responsible for pre-sales and/or post-sales service to customers.
* Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
* Should have an excellent communication skills.
* Both side transport facility available.
