* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc/MBA from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should have customer Relationship Management skills.
* Must have Query resolution/ troubleshooting and resolution skills within a short time.
* Should be responsible for customer satisfaction.
* Must have excellent (oral and written) communication skills.
* Must be a quick learner.
* Should develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
* Must be able for providing real-time customer experience by working in 24*7 operating environment.
* Should have good knowledge of working over internet and an ability to successfully navigate websites.
* Must be comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
* Must be willing to work in night shifts.
* Must have knowledge on basic Telephone Etiquettes
* Should have good command over any of the regional languages
