* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Graduates of 2017 passed outs only can apply.

* Should be willing to work for International voice process

* As a Universal Agent is also responsible for providing first class support for non-technical & account management inquiries and escalations coming from business customers.
