* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/ME from a recognised university.
* Candidates having related experience in a call center / customer service / back – office / Hospitality industry or environment.
* Candidates should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
* Candidate must have good keyboard skills.
* Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
* Candidate must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
* Candidates must have basic computing skills, including mouse usage, keyboard usage, and proficiency in launching applications and maneuvering in a Windows environment.
* Candidate should have ability to type key words of 30 per minute.
* Candidate will be expected to do a thorough research before resolving requests and queries for the customer.
