* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Graduates of 2017 passed outs only can apply.
* Should perform desktop troubleshooting.
* Should respond to customer queries via inbound calls, emails, chat and web tickets within defined SLAs.
* Must be logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, and managing their life cycle as per ITIL guidelines.
* Should update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions.
* Must perform level 1 & Level 2 troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications,
* Must have exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledgebase.
* Should perform remote desktop troubleshooting.
* Should escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups.
* Should not have active backlogs.
* Should understand client’s requirement
* Must be processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA’s
* Should be meeting individual KRA’s
* Must adhere to Compliance
* Must have knowledge of computer fundamentals
* Must be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to be able to type with speed and accuracy.
