* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Should coordinate with customers and bus operators over call/email.
* Must agent needs to maintain utmost professionalism while interacting with customers and bus operators.
* Must know to do inside sales.
* Should have fluency in English, Hindi.
* Must have excellent communication (oral), interpersonal skills.
* Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers and different situations.
* Must be Customer centric.
* Should be able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
* Should interact with end users to provide and process information in response to inquiries,concerns, and requests about products and services.
* Must gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
* Should follow standard processes and procedures.
* Must evaluate issues and escalate to relevant team(s) or department(s) if needed.
* Should collaborate with other teams, departments and divisions to resolve issues.
* Must stay with current with system information, changes and updates.
* Must be able track each issue to closure and monitors / collates the type of issues occurring frequently.
* Should work with the relevant team to resolve or automate the frequent concerns.
* Must proactively interact with regional teams / stakeholders to understand concerns.
