* Candidate should be BE/B Tech(Mechanical) from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics

* Should be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the installations in his route/territory with the help of the sub contractors and generating revenue through sales of spare parts resulting into zero downtime, breakdowns and customer call backs.
* Must execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agree time lines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards.
* Must attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback.
* Must plans the jobs and provides supervision to the sub – contractors’ workers for timely completion of the service. – Propose sale of spare parts as and when situation demands.
* Should co-ordinate with the FSB for requirement of spares and components.
* Must ensures high customer satisfaction.
* Must have ensure compliance of CoC.
* Must have planning and executing the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators as per the agreed timelines, cost and as per the Schindler Safety and Quality standards.
* Should plan the jobs and provides supervision to the sub – contractors’ workers for timely completion of the project.
* Should co-ordinate with the Account Executive / Manager, Logistics team for material, engineering team for troubleshooting and Service team for smooth handover to ensure total customer satisfaction.
* Should ensures high customer satisfaction.
* Must be responsible for installation of the entire product range on multiple projects in his territory with the help of sub contractors, resulting into safe, timely and quality output and thus leading to greater customer satisfaction
* Should guide customer to execute the job / supervise the job
* Must be able to document the job / process
* Should conduct seminars
