* Must be competent in MS office and web browser environments
* Should be willing to work in rotational night Shift
* Must handle UK customers and guide them in online booking of train tickets.
* Must have excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar.
* Should have basic knowledge of computer.
* Must have willingness to work in UK shifts.
* Should have idea on domestic voice process.
* Should have knowledge of any regional language will be additional.
* Must have excellent selling and negotiating skills.
