Job Requirements:

* Candidates should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

* Must be proficient in business writing skills.

* Must have typing Speed of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

* Must have patience  an ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails.

* Must be high on confidence.

* Must have complex problem solving (identification, resolution) skills.

* Must have passion to meet and exceed expectation.

* Must be expressive and have adequate articulation.

* Should have ability to develop a rapport with every customer.

* Must have positive attitude.

* Should have relevant experience in Call Centre; Service / Hospitality Industry; prior experience of direct Customer Care interactions in call centre is a must.

* Each CSA should have the ability to navigate knowledge bank & other CRM systems and write appropriate case logs / notes to capture customer interactions.

* Having 6 months of successful customer service or internet experience is a plus

* Should provide world-class customer service focus and interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication

* Must have proven ability to communicate complex technical problems in “customer friendly” language Consistent record of outstanding quality assurance scores
