- Should have completed BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university
- Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics
- Must be Impeccable in Communication Skills
- Should have a decent knowledge on customer service/ Troubleshooting of PCs and Laptops.
- Should be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.
- Must perform troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
- Must research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Must be using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
- Specialists require an intimate knowledge of the products or services being sold, great communication skills and sales experience.
- Must have ability to cross-sell products is also essential and customer service is required
- Should answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Must determine requirements by working with customers.
- Should resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Must fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Must have excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi/ Proficient in North Indian Hindi Language
- Must have minimum typing Skills minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy & Basic System Navigation Skills, Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need, Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
- Must have good troubleshooting, Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
