- Must have completed BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university
- Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics
- Should have an excellent communication skills both written & Spoken
- Must be added advantage if candidate has previous work experience in chat or emailing process
- Should have good knowledge of Telecom industry especially in ISP domain.
- Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays ), based on business needs
- Should be Impeccable in Communication Skills
- Should be flexible to work with 247 shifts
- Should have a decent knowledge on customer service/ Troubleshooting of PCs and Laptops.
- Must be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.
- Must perform troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
- Should research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Must have ability to cross-sell products is also essential and customer service is required
- Should answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
