* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should be well-informed about Computer and its Hardware.
* Should be customer-service oriented.
* Must have neutral accent in communication.
* Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).
* Must have good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Should have good sales skills.
* Should have previous work experience with a Technical Support company would be desirable but is not mandatory.
* Should be flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts.
* Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.
* Having technical knowledge (Telecom / ISP) is preferable.
* Must be a fresher & experience can also apply (Experience in Technical support will be considered)
* Must have basic knowledge in ISP (Internet Service Provider)
* Should have knowledge on Internet troubleshooting skills.
* Should be well-informed about Computer and its Hardware/Networking
* Must have customer-service oriented skills
* Must be effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
