* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Should be able to Monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures.
* Must handle first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24×7 basis Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
* Must have knowledge of timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required.
* Must have log file monitoring for errors.
* Should perform daily, weekly and monthly proactive housekeeping and monitoring activities Vendor co-ordination, Perform basic Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
* Must follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
* Must have knowledge of desktop Support EUC Admin, Desktop Support, Infra Monitoring and Basic Administration.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Must have knowledge in Service Now(Ticketing tool)
* Should be handling incidents
* Must have good communication required as you will work in International voice support
* Should have experience in customer and/or technical support-IT or non-IT
